A new version of a Human League track, the original having been released in 1981 as the b-side to their Love Action (I Believe In Love) single, which reached no.3 in the UK charts. Flow Machines’ updated version of Hard Times is intended as a celebration of the quality of art and music that is produced in troubled times, and links the current financial climate with that which existed when the original version was released.
